"The Claimant does not satisfy me that he is suffering from RSD or any of its variants. In my judgement is more likely that all the symtoms were due to inflammatory arthritis of the right wrist and that the pain and disability has been due solely to this condition. It has not been caused or materially contributed to by his work with Dunlop. I, therfore, assess damages on the basis of an 18-24 months worth of symptoms whilst working. I award £2,750 damages."
